Our accessories come with a permanent durable matte satin seal, offering a very high degree of resistance to water. However, prolonged exposure to liquids/waxes may result in some absorption, leading to potential marks or stains.
Bathroom items intended for frequent water contact, like soap holders, undergo an enhanced permanent sealing process for added durability.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
To preserve their quality, we recommend a simple care routine. For maintenance, a quick wipe with a damp cloth is sufficient. Should a deeper clean be necessary, opt for mild, environmentally friendly cleaning agents. Use a non-abrasive soft cloth for cleaning, and ensure to dry the items afterward thoroughly.

Usage and Storage:
For sustained beauty keep these items indoors. While tempting, please avoid using our items for food service, and do not place them in dishwashers or microwaves.

Finish & Packaging

Crafted with Bramstone's exclusive Australian-made eco-acrylic resin formula, each product boasts a superior matte satin finish devoid of brush marks, ensuring a sleek and uniform appearance. Our water-based compound is not only eco-friendly but also lends a permanent and robust quality to the finish.

Given the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variances such as pinhole bubbles, small bumps or subtle lines are intrinsic characteristics of our designs. These do not effect the longevity or use of the item. The base of each product is fortified with a durable, waterproof textured sealant for longevity.

Our creation process is an art form in itself, involving the meticulous hand-mixing of colours and materials before casting. Each piece is then individually sealed. This meticulous approach guarantees that no two items are ever identical.

Each item is carefully wrapped in layers of soft tissue paper, and other packaging, ensuring its protection and preserving its pristine condition. The product is then placed in a box, ready for shipping.
