HOW FAST ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

At Bramstone, we understand the importance of timely delivery for your projects. For Ready to Ship basins/items these are usually sent within 2-3 business days (except for Pre Sale basins).
Customised and Bespoke basins/items are dependent on the design being finalised which - on average is 2-4 weeks. Plain coloured basins are also shipped within 2-4 weeks.

AUSTRALIA

Standard shipping within Australia is priced at $5. Free shipping within Australia via Toll or Australia Post for orders over $190.

EXPRESS Shipping is available - please contact us for a cost on this option if required.

OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Standard international shipping is set at $20. Free standard shipping worldwide via Australia Post, Toll or DHL for orders over $190.

EXPRESS Shipping is available - please contact us for a cost on this option if required.

Please check the duties and taxes in your country as these costs are not included in the price. Australia does hold a free trade agreement with a number of International destinations - please contact us if you would like to find out if your Country is part of this and what the expected charges might be.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

AUSTRALIA

Courier (Road Freight) usually takes 6-15 business days and orders are shipped via Toll Couriers or Australia Post.

Please arrange for delivery to a work address or a trusted person who is home during business hours. Parcel post may be left at the discretion of the post delivery service in your absence, or may be carded for collection at your nearest post office.

A tracking number will be sent to you when the order is dispatched

OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA / INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Australia Post, DHL or Toll usually deliver within 6-21 days depending on where you live.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES/DUTIES

All purchases on the website are priced in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that the display prices may be automatically converted to your local currency. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Duty and tax thresholds vary from country to country – please check your local customs department for details.

Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs charges will incur a return shipping fee.

Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us by return email or
the contact page.

We do not guarantee a successful outcome of delivery address changes after order placement, so please take extra care to provide the correct address when you order.
