Return Policy
We at Bramstone take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our basins. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that very unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms relating to returning a product.
Requirements for a Valid Return:
- The basin must be in its original condition, unused and uninstalled.
- The basin must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must be the purchaser and provide a purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Service team within[7 days of receiving your delivery to initiate a return.
- You will receive instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Exceptions:
We will not accept returns for basins that have been installed or used. Items returned without prior authorisation from Bramstone will not be refunded.
Shipping Costs:
We offer free shipping to our customers; however, if you choose to return an item, the return shipping cost is at your own expense.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check. If it meets all the return requirements, a full refund, minus any shipping costs, will be processed.
