Return Policy

We at Bramstone take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our basins. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that very unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms relating to returning a product.

Requirements for a Valid Return:

  1. The basin must be in its original condition, unused and uninstalled.
  2. The basin must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. You must be the purchaser and provide a purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team within[7 days of receiving your delivery to initiate a return.
  2. You will receive instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Exceptions:

We will not accept returns for basins that have been installed or used. Items returned without prior authorisation from Bramstone will not be refunded.

Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping to our customers; however, if you choose to return an item, the return shipping cost is at your own expense.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check. If it meets all the return requirements, a full refund, minus any shipping costs, will be processed.
